To ensure proper determination of residency qualification for all Texas schools, you must submit a Core Questionnaire. Depending on the institution you are enrolled in, you will either be required to email the completed form to the residency office or conveniently fill out an online form. This standardized process aims to simplify the residency verification process and ensure a smooth experience for all applicants.
Please Note: This form, coupled with PDFs of documentation, is the evidence you will provide to make your residency case.
